About:

I am a writer interested in photography, art, fashion, design, literature and culture. I have recently graduated with First Class Honours in English with Creative Writing from University College Falmouth and have had poems published in Osiris magazine and Stride magazine.

I am passionate about magazine and book publishing, both in print and online, with a particular interest in editorial.

I have contributed to TOURIST magazine (www.touristmagazine.co.uk) and was Editor-in-Chief of University College Falmouth's indepedent student newspaper, FLEX, for which I also co-ordinated Falmouth's first online student news video bulletin, managing a team of students including film crew, presenters and interviewees.

During the final year of my degree, I co-founded and co-ran a small, independent arts publication called UNTITLED in Falmouth, showcasing work by creative students. UNTITLED has published two issues featuring student artwork, and has held two exhibition/party events in Falmouth in 2011, both being very successful evenings. We invited speakers from a variety of creative disciplines to give a talk at The Poly, Falmouth, in February, aiming to encourage a sense of community through creativity and sharing ideas. Since graduating, we have handed the running of the zine on to a new team of students who have already developed UNTITLED to become bigger and better, have held their own events and will soon be publishing a third issue.
